I was not always fat. It all started after living though some hard episodes in my life. Death of loved ones, separations, etc. I gained weight and was more and more attracted to men. Or I should say, I finally accepted that I was ! Better late than never at 36. At first I was concerned that men would not find me attractive with my excessive weight. I always pictures gays with small waist, lots of taste in clothing and always at the gym. But now I know I was partly wrong. Sure there are a bunch of twinks and hunks, but there’s alot of place and interests for bigger men.

All hail the bears and their fans ! I quickly realized that many men are into bigger guys with hair and BWC. So much so that I grew a longer beard and I don’t worry about my weight anymore. I took the nickname BearBod and I love the attention I am getting amongst the gay crowd here in South Florida. I live in Miramar, FL in Broward county, just West of Hollywood. I am posting here to make new acquaintances. Maybe some of you guys are looking for a cool vacay spot ?
